Working with you to Consolidate your debts
Few of us are taught how to manage our finances. Credit is easily available and we can sometimes underestimate the impact of accessing too much of it. Our lives become controlled by repayment of debts, accounts and bills, and we can be weighed down by the burden of making ends meet.
My Mortgage Planner specialises in assisting clients from all walks of life, be it self employed or on wages, who find they have committed to several forms of debt or accumulated accounts and bills that place financial pressure on cash flow. We look to educate you about debt and budget planning, mentor you through the repayment and consolidation of your debt and assist you to get off the debt roundabout.
We do not control your income or your spending, however we aim to inform, guide, encourage and mentor you through the tough period when you will need to keep a constant eye on your budget. We encourage you towards an end result of financial control.
Questions you may have...
How do you help me?
Do you have a mortgage and other debts and bills, placing financial pressure on your cash flow?
We take you through a budgeting process. We look at your current mortgage and other debts and through your budgeting requirements, plan your mortgage needs to consolidate your position and allow peace of mind.
Together we look at how you spend your money today and we review your last 12 months' spending habits. We then ask you questions that may help you identify ways to reassess your budget and look at immediate, short, medium and long term needs. We consider your debt position and assess any ways that can better resolve your commitment level. With all this information, your new budget is planned with the goal of achieving your objectives.
Are we specialists?
Yes! We only deal with clients who hold a mortgage and are looking to consolidate and improve their cash flow position.
How long do you help me for?
We review your file/budget planning on a four monthly basis. We contact you on a prearranged date to discuss your current plan. You can contact us at anytime should you need help. We will mentor you for as long as is required. Depending on your position it may take 12 months or longer.
Can I quit?
Yes. You are not obliged to continue with our service, or follow the budget set. The outcome of our discussions and how you follow them is up to you.
How much will this cost me?
The cost will vary depending on individual circumstances, however, initial discussions are free.
We are here to reduce stress and improve your cash flow position. If the Mortgage Plan cannot clearly demonstrate this, then no fee will be payable or Mortgage Plan implemented.
A fee will only be payable with your consent and factored into the Mortgage Plan.
